So the crock pot applesauce was a bust. Ms. Emily peeled, cored, and cut up a 3 pound bag of apples. Then we added the rest of the ingredients and waited. The room smelled SO good and we couldn't wait for it to be done. We checked it after it was on high for 3 hours(as the recipe stated) but it wasn't done.  Four hours later it was not applesauce just soft yummy apples.
I only had two takers, who both said it was yummy(Ms. Emily and I thought so too).
