Tuesday we talked out how St. Patrick taught the people of Ireland about God using a shamrock. We discussed how the three leafed shamrock was used to explain the trinity. He used it in his talks to represent the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit exist as separate elements of the same entity. Then the children colored a shamrock and cut out hearts that said Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
