The children did a great job!!!

We also talked about the Holy Spirit this week. We discussed how it's everywhere but we can't see it, just like the wind. Then the children made a dove to remind them of the Holy Spirit.

Weekly Jobs

Here is a peek at the jobs that the children have been working very hard on this week:
ABC Hunt- here the children had to pull a letter magnet out the trash can, find it on their sheet, and color it.

At this job the children had to sort happy and sad faces.

What H will win?- for this job the children rolled a die with a lower and upper case H. Then they graphed it on their sheet to see which one would win.

Number Links- For this job the children had to pick a number card and put that many links of their paper.

Rainbow Fish

Today we talked more about feelings and sharing by reading the story The Rainbow Fish. Then the children glued tissue paper on a fish to make scales and water colored its fins and tail blue.

Feelings

Yesterday Ms. Emily started our unit on Feelings by reading the story Lots of Feelings. While reading the story the children practiced making certain feeling faces.

Next the children graphed how they felt today and as a class they analyzed the data.
