DINOsaur!!!

Pete the Paleontologist popped up in our classroom today. We realized that he was missing all of his important Paleontologist tools! We watched a video called I'm a Paleontologist to help us learn what tools he needs. Then we added the tools that Pete needed to look for fossils and bones: a flashlight, a shovel, a pick axe, a notebook and a pencil, glasses, goggles, a brush, a magnifying glass, and a tool belt to hold his tools.

After we learned the dance, The Dinosaur Stomp.

Earth Unit

To finish up our Earth unit we colored coffee filters green and blue, traced our hand and cut them out. Then we strayed the coffee filters with water and glued it all together and made something amazing...

Super Heroes

On Wednesday we discussed how we can be super recyclers by reusing, reducing, and recycling. Then we HAD to make super heroes! They came out TOOOOOO cute!!!

More Space

On Wednesday we learned about space shuttles and watched a video of the inside on one. Then we made a NASA shuttle.

Yesterday the children did an amazing job making name rockets. We counted out the letters in our names and wrote one letter on a square. Then we glue them together to make a rocket.
